Returns and Refunds

In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return your item (s) for a refund, please contact admin on diana@exudy.co.nz to advise us of the item (s) you wish to return. You must return the item within 7 days of receiving it.
Post the item back to us and notify us of the tracking number. Return shipping is at the cost of the purchaser.

Items must be returned to us in original condition i.e. packaging, tags still attached. Exudy reserves the right to refuse a product that we consider does not meet these requirements. Until Exudy receive the goods, they are still your responsibility. We recommend that you use track and trace for security.

Damaged Goods

We take great care in packaging your items safely to ensure they are delivered in perfect condition. In the event that your items are damaged in transit, Exudy cannot accept responsibility for this.

Faulty Products

If your products are faulty on arrival, please contact admin at diana@exudy.co.nz to organise a product exchange or refund. All postage costs for this will be covered by us.

Product Portrayal

At Exudy we try our best to portray items accurately to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please be aware that computer and mobile device screen colours may vary and this can affect the way products appear on different viewing monitors. Exudy is not responsible for any colour discrepancies.
As each item is individually handcrafted, please also be aware that detailing may slightly vary between items. This is the nature of purchasing one-off original products.
All product prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD).


Exudy uses NZ Post for delivering our goods. It is our aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days (Monday-Friday). Items will be sent via NZ Post Track and Trace, however, if you require courier delivery please contact diana@exudy.co.nz to arrange a quote.
One your goods are dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Exudy will not be held responsible for any postage delays.
If you pay for your goods via internet banking, we will dispatch your goods 2-3 working days after payment is received.
If you are ordering from outside of New Zealand, please contact us at diana@exudy.co.nz to arrange a postage quote. Include your postal address in the email so we can arrange a more accurate postage quote.
Nationwide shipping: $10NZD on all orders. Please contact us for a shipping quote for oversized items.
